我们不得不叹息——悲剧啊!试想，如果迪芭能怀有一颗感恩的心，感激丈夫对自己的宠爱，对自己的赞美，感谢上帝赐她拥有国王权威的丈夫，美满的家庭，而好好珍惜，对内做个温柔体贴的贤妻良母，对外做一个受万民爱戴的皇后，就不会出现这样的悲剧了。

二、善于感恩，化干戈为玉帛。

我们知道，当我们去埋怨，去指责，去挑剔，甚至去仇恨，去诋毁一个人的时候，也许当时你会很痛快，但过后你再次遇见他时，你是那么地不自在，那么地尴尬，或许你又发现这样做根本消除不了你心头上的怒火，反而越来越火，进而妨碍我们的睡眠，我们的胃口，我们的血压，我们的健康和我们的快乐。要知道高血压，心脏病的祸源就是愤怒呀。相反，如果仇人知道我们如何担心，如何苦恼，肯定会高兴得跞起舞来。我们的恨意根本伤害不到他们，却使我们的生活地狱一般。

in a sense we've come to our nation's capital to cash a check. when the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the constitution and the declaration of independence， they were signing a promissory note to which every american was to fall heir. this note was a promise that all men， yes， black men as well as white men， would be guaranteed the "unalienable rights" of "life， liberty and the pursuit of happiness." it is obvious today that america has defaulted on this promissory note， insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. instead of honoring this sacred obligation， america has given the negro people a bad check， a check which has come back marked "insufficient funds."
