last year, my friend gave me a little dog. i was fond of him very much. i liked to play with him after school and he liked to follow me wherever i went. i was very glad that i had a "body guard".

一位圣诞阿姨向我们走来，她向我们介绍寿司的做法。听了圣诞阿姨的讲解，我觉得我做寿司易如反掌。我先把紫苔铺在竹垫上，把糯米抓几把，耐心地将它们均匀地铺在紫苔上，然后把一部分的火腿肉、黄瓜、肉松放在铺平的糯米上。再把它们卷起来，使劲捏，捏好后，打开竹垫，最后将卷好的筒筒切开，一盘美味的寿司做好了。寿司做好后，我把折叠盒子拆开，将寿司小心翼翼放进盒子里。我喜气洋洋地看着盒里的寿司，心里美极了。

做完寿司，我们开始开联欢会。老师们都表演了歌曲舞蹈，我们也献唱了歌曲、诗朗诵。刘弘毅唱的《勿忘心安》让我心随歌动，杨欣然的《新贵妃醉酒》声情并茂。联欢会后，我们还做了游戏。

before the old man left, he had told people to put up red paper decorations on their windows and doors at each years end to scare away "nian" in case it sneaked back again, because red is the color the beast feared the most.from there on, the term "guo nian" has the meaning of "pass-over" or "survive" the "nian".

by tradition, chinese businesses had to pay off all debts by the year-end and thus if they could get it over, it is worth for the celebration of the new year.today people still put up red paper and firing firecrackers as way of celebration.
